Through a combination of strategically located stock hold­ings and smart express freight contractors we distribute our cylinder heads to all parts of Australia with out fuss. Making sure you receive our cylinder in the shortest possible time

Our main stock holding is located in Melbourne and we keep fast moving part numbers in other locations. The interstate stock is different in each state depending on the popular­ity or enquiry rate of each part number. Our program will take every new enquire into account when calculating the appropriate stocking levels for that warehouse.

So how does our logistics system work?

• Once you have accepted the quote, our QTA system will identify the location of the finished cylinder head nearest to you, guaranteeing you don’t miss out.
• Picking slip and delivery instructions are then printed and sent to the dispatch centre for delivery
• Delivery instructions will vary depending on your  location and the cylinder head you have ordered.
  • Interstate metropoli­tan customers may be serviced by a local courier direct from theinterstate warehouse or it may be overnight from Melbourne.
  • Country customers are generally overnight from Melbourne.
  • Melbourne based customers will receive their cylinder heads with in a few hours via local couriers.
• We use Startrack Express for all our interstate deliv­eries, with the exception of Tasmania where we use TasAir for a fast overnight service.
• Once the delivery information is confirmed our QTA system will generate delivery labels and a con-note to cover the return of the ‘old’ cylinder head. The con-note and label are sent to you in the mail with easy to follow instructions on how to return the old core.

All you do is:

• Put the old cylinder head back into the delivery box.
• Make sure all the parts have been included by check­ing off the pink list taped to the lid of the box or included with the invoice.
• Tape the box shut
• Stick the return address label on the box, making sure you cover up your address label.
• Make one quick phone call to the carrier and wait for them to pick up the box right from your door.
