Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. You must return the supplied item within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Please read the full return process below before sending any items back.

How to Make a Return

Request a Return Authorisation

Email sales@allhead.com.au to request a refund. We will assign you a return or warranty number which must be included with your return.

Package & Post Your Item

Mail your returned item to:

Return freight is at the buyer's expense.

Include a Signed Letter

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, along with the original invoice and/or warranty reference number.

We Assess & Process

Once received, we will inspect the item and process your return or refund in accordance with this policy. We will contact you with the outcome.

Return Conditions

All remanufactured cylinder heads are stamped with an AHS number punch. Ensure you are returning the correct part β€” any parts without our AHS number stamp will not be refunded.

All goods must be returned in merchantable condition, including original packaging. Any damage to the goods or packaging will result in no refund being provided.

Goods returned for credit for any reason will be at the buyer's expense. Return freight costs are not covered by AHS.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns unless the item is faulty or subject to a warranty claim.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Returns requested outside this window will not be accepted.

Items purchased from our Clearance Collection are final sale only and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Items without an AHS number stamp β€” we cannot verify these are our products
  • Items returned after 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Items that have been installed or used, unless subject to a warranty claim
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Items without a return authorisation number β€” please email us first
  • Items purchased from our Clearance Collection β€” all clearance sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded
