💳 What Happens Next

Step 1 — Pay the Inspection Fee: After submitting this form, pay the non-refundable Test & Inspection Fee of $165 (inc. GST) via our online store here. Please include your order confirmation number in the notes below.

Step 2 — We Organise Freight: Once payment is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange freight collection. We will email you the freight paperwork — simply attach it to your package and our courier will collect from your address.

⚠️ Important — Head Preparation: Before we collect, please ensure your cylinder head is:

Completely drained of all oil — no oil residue inside
All associated parts included — valves, springs, retainers, camshafts, rockers, and any other components needed for reassembly
Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

Step 3 — We Inspect & Quote: Once your head arrives, we will inspect it and contact you with a full remanufacture quote within 1 business day.

Step 4 — Approve & We Return: Approve the quote and pay the balance — we'll return your fully remanufactured head. If we cannot remanufacture it, no further charges apply (inspection fee is non-refundable).

We accept credit card, bank transfer, and Capricorn account.

I understand that the $165 (inc. GST) Test & Inspection Fee must be paid before freight is arranged. I confirm my cylinder head will be completely drained of oil and all associated parts included for reassembly. The inspection fee is non-refundable.
