⚠️ Important — Installation Checklist

The installation checklist found within the Warranty Information Card must be followed. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided. All claims will require detailed invoices and receipts proving that all conditions were met at the time of installation. The completed Warranty Claim Form must be submitted within 30 days of alerting All Head Services of the issue.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Call Us First

Before doing anything, call us on 1300 41 61 81 Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm AEST. Our experienced team can often resolve issues over the phone and save you time and expense.

Gather Your Documentation

Collect all detailed invoices and receipts proving that all installation conditions were met. This evidence is required — failure to produce it will void your warranty entitlement.

Complete the Warranty Claim Form

The completed Warranty Claim Form must be submitted within 30 days of notifying AHS of the issue. Contact us for the claim form.
