Cylinder Head — Test & Inspection Fee

This fee covers the full test and inspection of your cylinder head upon arrival at our Keysborough facility.

When you send your cylinder head to All Head Services for remanufacture, a non-refundable Test & Inspection Fee of $165.00 (inc. GST) is payable upfront to confirm your job.

What's included in the Test & Inspection Fee:

• Full visual and mechanical inspection of your cylinder head
• Pressure testing for cracks and porosity
• Surface flatness check
• Assessment of valve seats, guides and stems
• Written assessment report
• Detailed remanufacture quote provided within 1 business day of receipt

Important Information:

• This fee is non-refundable
• You are responsible for freight costs to ship your head to us
• Ship to: All Head Services, 20 Fiveways Boulevard, Keysborough VIC 3173
• If you proceed with the remanufacture, the balance is invoiced on completion
• If we are unable to remanufacture your head, we will advise you and return the head at your cost
